Section 202 of Pub. L. 109–162, which directed that section 2014 (this section) be inserted in Part T of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, Pub. L. 90–351, after section 2012, was executed by adding section 2014 to part T of title I of Pub. L. 90–351, as the probable intent of Congress, notwithstanding that part T did not contain a section 2012.
