Effective Date
Pub. L. 109–162, title XI, § 1158(b), Jan. 5, 2006, 119 Stat. 3116, provided that: “This section [enacting this section] and the amendment made by this section take effect 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [Jan. 5, 2006].”
