Act of June 8, 1906, referred to in subsec. (d)(1), is act June 8, 1906, ch. 3060, 34 Stat. 225, known as the Antiquities Act of 1906, which is classified generally to sections 431, 432, and 433 of this title. Committee on Natural Resources of House of Representatives treated as referring to Committee on Resources of House of Representatives by section 1(a) of Pub. L. 104–14, set out as a note preceding section 21 of Title 2, The Congress.

Section 1 of Pub. L. 99–565 provided that: “This Act [enacting this subchapter] may be known as the ‘Great Basin National Park Act of 1986’.”
