Section 203 (y) of title 29, referred to in subsec. (h)(1), was in the original “section 3(y) of the Fair Labor Standards Act” and has been translated as reading “section 3(y) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938” to reflect the probable intent of Congress.

The Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, referred to in subsec. (h)(2), is Pub. L. 92–203, Dec. 18, 1971, 85 Stat. 688, as amended, which is classified generally to chapter 33 (§ 1601 et seq.) of Title 43, Public Lands. A prior section 34 of Pub. L. 93–498 was renumbered section 36 and is classified to section 2231 of this title.
